| Robert Carlino played a major role in building recovery auditing into the prominent industry it is today. With more than 25 years of experience in Accounts Payable recovery auditing, he is a recognized leader and innovator, with a unique range of expertise spanning both client and audit firm perspectives. His passion for the business was the driving force in creating SAS, bringing his large-firm expertise to organizations of all sizes.
Prior to forming SAS, Bob served as Executive Vice President, US Operations for PRG-Schultz, the largest and only public Accounts Payable audit recovery firm in the world. After joining the firm in 1986, he played an instrumental role in expanding it from a small, private 25-person company, to a large corporation reaching revenues of $500 million, and an employee base of more than 3,000 associates. Bob was responsible for more than 70% of the company’s revenues, and he oversaw all US clients, the majority of which are listed on the Fortune 500.
Bob began his career at Macy's, and over the years, advanced through the organization in the New Jersey, New York and Midwest divisions. He held several senior management positions including Director of Accounts Payable, Manager of Expense Control and Planning, Director of Administrative Systems, and VP/Business Manager Sales Promotion. |

| Jeff Katz has an outstanding reputation in the Accounts Payable audit recovery industry, built on 20 years of trust and success. His unique background and wide range of experience are unequaled, and he is recognized nationally as an audit leader, strong manager, and provider of outstanding service to Fortune 500 clients across America.
Prior to co-founding SAS, Jeff served as VP-US Auditing Operations for PRG Schultz, the worldwide leader in recovery auditing. This position was created especially for Jeff, as a testament to his broad skill sets. He was responsible for budgeting and forecasting for all US accounts, technology and software oversight, development and implementation of best practices, daily audit operations, and staffing. Prior to this, he served as PRG Schultz’s VP-Managing Director, responsible for all accounts in the Northeast. Jeff originally joined the company as Audit Director for several large Northeastern retailers.
Earlier, Jeff spent 12 years with Howard Schultz and Associates as an independent contractor responsible for all phases of audit operations. He began his career in public accounting in New York City. |
