Nicole brings more than 27 years of accounting and audit experience, including 22 years in the Post Audit Recovery industry. Her career reflects a strong combination of financial expertise, leadership, and technical innovation.
During her 12 years with SAS, Nicole has progressed from Senior Auditor to Senior Audit Manager and most recently to IT Compliance & Quality Manager. In this role, she leads compliance and quality initiatives while driving continuous improvement across audit processes. She works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, strengthen internal controls, and enhance overall audit effectiveness.
Nicole is highly skilled in data analysis and process automation. She leverages advanced SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows, analyze complex datasets, and identify recovery opportunities with precision and efficiency. Her ability to bridge accounting knowledge with technical expertise allows her to translate data into actionable insights that improve both compliance and performance.
Prior to SAS, Nicole spent over 10 years with PRGX, serving as both a Quality Assurance Analyst and Auditor. She was instrumental in the development and implementation of a claims management system, gaining end-to-end experience in the post-audit lifecycle — from client engagement and audit execution through claim generation and resolution.
Earlier in her career, Nicole served as Senior Cost Accountant for Nashua Corporation and MicroTouch Systems, where she supported financial planning, procurement strategy, capital investments, and operational decision-making across multiple product lines.
