SAS’ proprietary web based Claims Application System (CAS) allows our customer’s personnel to see each claim, where it is in the claim lifecycle, interact with the audit team, and access management reports throughout the audit. Visibility into the recovery audit process is available at any time to as many people as desired. No need to wait until the end of the audit to receive a report on findings and analysis of results. These reports are available from the minute the first claim is loaded to the system. You can even choose to interact in the claim process, providing comments, backup to claims, and changing claim status.
The claim approval process will be developed at the beginning of the recovery audit and made part of the audit guidelines. These guidelines are developed in a collaborative manner between you and SAS.
Our Claims Summary Dashboard provides you with the ability to review each claim type and the status of claims within that claim type.
As you click on the status of each claim type, you will be able to see a full listing of all claims generated. You can then drill down to the details of each claim including a pdf image and all notes or correspondence.
